Hello everyone,
I'm so sorry that this is the first blog I've written since I've been on tour. It's been hard finding internet and time at the same time. So here is my first blog of the tour.
We named the production Encounter because we want to see people encounter God through it. Not only people who have never met Jesus but people who have known Him there whole lives. So far, our tour has been a success. So many people have Encountered Jesus on our tour. They met Jesus!
So far people have met Jesus through Encounter in Philly - where we put on Encounter in a daycare. (not for the kids but for the parents that night.) We all had a lot of fun moving (when I say moving I mean playing with) the toys to set up for the production. :) - Baltimore' Virginia (country), Virginia beach, Southport in North Carolina, Florida, and today we're leaving for Nashville Tennessee.
While we've been in Florida we've had the opportunity to visit my cousins church with Encounter. That was a lot of fun!

Enjoying Life

Every year I dread January. January, in my opinion, is the least enjoyable month of the year. So, naturally, when January arrives, my mind quickly strays to February. I count the days till this dreadful month passes, and I put my hope in the near future, which never fails to disappoint me. But this year has been different.

This year, God has challenged me to enjoy the moment I'm living in. And you know what I'm finding? Jesus is here. When I enjoy the moment I'm in, I enjoy life - eternal life. Definition of eternal life- To know the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom He sent. (John 17:3).

So, this January I am not putting my hope in the future. I'm putting it in Jesus. And Jesus always fails to disappoint me. This month I've been to the beach for the first time in the winter. I went sledding down two awesome hills. I drank hot chocolate. And I still need to go ice skating.
