Welcome all to my blog. I'm a newbie at blogging and I'm not positive what I should write as my very first blog so I shall write this: I hope you all enjoy reading my blurbs!
There are so many positives about the creative arts - especially for ministry! Learning how to be part of a body- something larger than yourself in order to accomplish great things that no one person can do, developing practical art skills (like writing? ;-) growing in your abilities to trust in God for creative solutions to seemingly impossible problems, learning your own limits and trusting God to complete His work in every project He calls us to, discerning the move of the Holy Spirit and partnering with Him with the power to move and reach the heart of people... May you discover all of these things and more in this grand adventure! love, Mrs. N
I never like writing in about me blurbs because truly I'm still discovering who I am. But I suppose I can tell you what little I've discovered about myself in the short years of my life so far. I am mostly cheerful and optimistic. I am amused and amazed by the simple things in life that get overlooked most of the time. i.e. a pot of water as it transitions to boiling or -my favorite - clouds. Things that make me come alive are music, acting, and dancing. God has currently placed me in Boston as a missionary where I am able to do all three. I work with YWAM Boston where we use creative arts to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ!
